After moving to the Midwest from Southern California, I recognized a gap in the nutritional beverage market. My new local stops, lovely as they were, simply lacked the healthy selection and quality that I had grown accustomed to on the west coast. So, I began filling that gap inside my own home with homemade smoothies and juices, which looked like a massive undertaking anytime I wanted something healthy and delicious for myself or my family to drink. There must be an easier way, I'd think. But there wasn't. Not here, and not yet, at least.
