introducing: the good stuff
the good stuff we’re making room for
little things that make the everyday feel a little better.
we’re not particularly interested in optimizing every minute of the day. there’s enough of that already.
instead, we’re thinking about the small things that make a day feel good. a walk before the emails start. something cold from the fridge. dinner outside. a good playlist in the kitchen. buying the strawberries because they look especially good that day.
wellness, to us, has always been less about doing everything right and more about paying attention to what makes you feel like yourself.
a little more outside
we’re firm believers that getting outside counts as a plan. a morning walk, an afternoon at the park, ten minutes on the patio with your coffee — it doesn't need to be a workout to do something for you.
something good in the fridge
there’s something about opening the fridge and already having something you’re excited to drink. a cold juice, a few good ingredients, something ready for the morning ahead. future you will be glad you did.
buy the good fruit
the perfectly ripe peaches. the berries you didn’t technically need. the tomatoes that still smell like summer.
good ingredients don't need much convincing.
make wellness feel like a life, not a list
maybe that’s the real good stuff: making room for the things that make you feel good without making them another thing to check off.
more living. less optimizing.
we’ll drink (a freshly pressed juice) to that.
